Check-in for the tour should be made 30 minutes before the time of the tour, at the kiosk at Portimão marina;
The company is not responsible for related goods and personal effects, nor for personal accidents;
The company reserves the right to cancel any tours derived from the weather;
The firing of individual negligent vests has a cost to the customer of € 90;
Any employee can request the identification of the children to verify their age.
The Skipper of the boat reserves to its right the cancellation of the tour by own decision taking into account the safety conditions of the boat, the crew and the clients on board;
Cancellations or changes to the original reservation must be requested up to 48h before the day of the tour through the email: info@royalnautic.pt
Any cancellation or change after 48 hours prior to the day of the tour will not result in any refund as well as no on-site appearance at the scheduled time.
Authorization of Capture and Transfer of Image Use
The client hereby declares, under the terms and for the purposes of article 79 of the Civil Code, to authorize Royal Nautic to capture, reproduce and publicize its image, photographed in the performance of its duties, for display both on the institutional website, such as paper, digital or video support in Portugal and / or abroad.
This authorization is granted free of charge, covering the use of the abovementioned image throughout the national territory and abroad, for as long as the company Royal Nautic deems convenient
